SECURE SHOPPING

RETURN POLICY

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped to guarantee that you receive the best possible product. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Care department for prompt replacement. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or replacement of products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

BACK ORDERS

We do not back order items. Instead, we will contact you if an item is out of stock and let you know when it will be available again.

SHIPPING TYPES AND RATES

During checkout you will be able to choose whether you would like your order shipped via UPS Ground or via UPS Two Day Air. Most orders are shipped within two business days. We do not currently offer overnight delivery or shipping outside the United States and Canada.

Free Shipping Order $50 or more and receive FREE ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska and Canada orders will be charged an air service surcharge but still receive free base shipping rates.

Orders usually arrive 7-10 business days from the date they are placed.
